The ability to use a combination of rooms allows us to
give the customer limitless dining options.
Booking Parties:
We book parties on a first-come first-serve basis, so
we do ask that you make your arrangements
as far in advance as possible.
Menu Planning:
Lunch, Dinner, and Buffet Menu options are included; Massa's
is very flexible in the menus for your event.
The menu can be further
developed to meet any special requests or needs that you may have. It
is best to have
your menu finalized at least five days before the event.
A wine list is should be consulted at least five
days before the event
to insure availability.
Table
Arrangements:
Most table designs are possible
and Massa's will always recommend the best-suited layout for your needs
Decorations:
From fresh flowers to banners, to dance floors we can provide
for almost all of your party needs.
Some additional costs may apply on the above-mentioned options
Parking:
Validated parking at the 1100 Smith Garage and street parking
is available to our guests.
Valet can be provided for your special event
at an additional cost.
Guarantee Number:
We ask that you have a final guest count at least 2
business days (36 to 48 hours) prior to the scheduled event.
Massa's Restaurant
will charge for the final guest guarantee regardless if the number of
guests is
less than the guarantee number.
Billing Information:
Most pricing is outlined on each of the particular
menus. Food may be billed on a prix fixe basis or a la carte.
All bar
charges will be billed on a consumption basis. Tax is 8.25% and the gratuity
is 18% of the entire bill.
Massa's accepts all major credit cards and
company checks.
Cancellation Policy:
Massa's Restaurant requires a minimum of 5 days
prior to the event in case of cancellation.
No show parties will be charged
$20.00 per person on the guarantee number of guests.
A credit card number
is required on all planned plated menus and buffet items.
